Steve went above and beyond what we expected in order to help us find a home that was a good fit for our family. His expertise and thorough evaluations of the houses he showed us enabled us to purchase with confidence. We cannot recommend him enough!
Steve has helped me with the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 1. The home sold in 1 day. Steve was great throughout the purchase process. He is wonderful at doing all the things that need to be done between the signing of the contract and the closing.
I was extremely lucky to find Steve to help sell my home. I was living in Charlotte at the time and my house was a rental property that needed a lot of work before it was ready to sell. Steve pretty much took on the entire project for me. Steve new what I should and shouldn’t do to the house in order to sell it quickly, and it did, the house sold in just a few weeks.
I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience working with Steve to find our home. We were first time homebuyers and had the added challenge of house hunting from a distance (before we moved into the state). Steve made us feel welcome to the community and helped us find our way here. He was so patient with us and explained every step of the process so we knew what to expect along the way. He took us to see countless houses and didn’t push us to buy anything until we found the perfect fit. He is so knowledgeable and was able to point out the pros and cons of each property (things we definitely would not have noticed ourselves). He was also able to connect us with other service providers that we needed for the move. He has continued to check up on us even after we moved in to make sure we are settling in ok. At the end of the day all I can say is this was a great experience and I really feel like that was because Steve made it enjoyable and approachable. He has so much integrity and respect for everyone he interacts with and it shows in his work and his relationships. We cannot thank him enough for all he has done to help us! We would recommend him to anyone needing real estate services in the area — he is absolutely the best!! Ellie N. Google+
I am so glad that I had Steve as my realtor. I had no idea what I was doing and I wanted way too much from the house for cheap. Steve had found me what I wanted and made house buying experience stress free, easy and fast. I am definitely going to recommend Steve and going to call him back when I want to get a bigger house.
Wonderful! Steve is fantastic to work with. He is extremely resourceful with an exceptional knowledge of the housing market. As a buyer, he got to know us and was able to point us in the direction we needed to go with maximum efficiency. As a seller, he knew exactly what we needed to do to sell with the greatest of ease. Also, his great personality made everything even better. Steve is an all around great person to work with, every step of the way. Highly recommended.
Excellent! Steve was extremely helpful in our house search. As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and a poor understanding of the process and Steve always made the time to go out of his way to accommodate us. He made the process as straightforward as buying a house could ever be. We give him four thumbs up and highly recommend him.
Steve was excellent! This is the first house we have purchased, and he helped us every step of the way. He was patient with our questions and knew the good and bad things to look for in every house. He gave us his honest opinion about houses, which I greatly appreciated. I felt like he always had our back. Steve helped us find the best house for us. We could not have asked for a better realtor.
We are first-time home buyers, and during our months of searching, we were also managing having a husband who was working out of town and a wife with a very complicated pregnancy, so there were a lot of added stressors. We decided to go with Steve after meeting with several realtors because we were impressed by his high level of experience, great previous reviews, and intimate knowledge of the local real estate market—and he wasn’t afraid to dig in with us and our challenging situation! We are so glad we did. He viewed probably 25 homes with us without a single complaint or sign of impatience, pointing out good and bad things at each home (very often things that we would have overlooked on our own). He was quick to respond to our inquiries, paid attention to our specific interests, and tailored our searches based on them. When we finally found the home for us, Steve walked us through the loan and closing processes step by step. He advocated for us time and time again as we encountered issues beyond our control (a bidding war, home repairs that had not been completed by the sellers to Steve’s high standards, and the resultant down-to-the-wire closing). It was stressful, but we felt confident in Steve’s ability to navigate the thornier parts of home purchasing. He also repeatedly followed up with us even after our home was purchased to make sure we were settling in ok (and giving us great guidance and resources when we had questions, even after our purchase). In every manner possible, Steve has shown us he was invested in our happiness with our new home, far beyond our expectations. We are so impressed with him, not only as a realtor, but as a genuinely great person. Steve has definitely earned our full respect, trust, and appreciation. We’ve already asked him how he feels about being our realtor when we’re ready to sell this home (in another 30 years or so)!
We met Steve in 2014 when we moved to Roanoke from Tampa. I randomly chose a Realtor from the internet. I have said since that my choice was divine insider, because our relationship with Steve has been nothing but positive and productive. He helped us buy our house and then guided us in our recent sale. The house sold in two days and we got full price. Not saying it was all Steve in that kind of a sale, but he provided expert advice in the process. He is unflappable, thorough and I consider him a friend. He even helped us sell our pool table.
